Founded in 1945, Auclair remains firmly committed to winter sports to this day.

Popular in freestyle disciplines, the Auclair brand has supported top athletes such as mogul skier Mikael Kingsbury and many other prominent Canadian alpine and cross-country skiers for over three decades.

As a partner of Finland’s alpine and freestyle national teams, Auclair aims to build a dynamic collaboration where Finnish national team athletes play an active role in product development and support the design team with valuable feedback.

Auclair gloves had not been seen on the Alpine Skiing World Cup circuit for over a decade until Samu Torsti competed wearing Auclair gloves in the giant slalom in Adelboden, Switzerland, in January 2021. Alpine skiing is part of Auclair’s DNA, but returning to the tour required the right product.

That product was the RACE FUSION competition glove, which won the ISPO Gold Award for innovation in 2019. The newest glove, SUPERFUSION, developed in collaboration with Fearless Finns athletes, was launched in 2023.
